It's back! I tried the jerky again after a few months off due to a flavor change, and I was totally satisfied. The seasoning is fantastic and after I left it in the air for a day it was super dry which is exactly how I like it. The meat is quality, no fat, no chewy weirdness, all flavor. Ive tried i cant even remember how many kinds of jerky in my life. This stuff is simply better. My boyfriend had come home a couple days before with a new brand we hadn't tried that he was completely stoked on. After tasting this one however, he didn't even finish the other brand. Lots of thumbs up!

normally I am completely addicted to this jerky. But this current batch is very disappointing. The jerky is thicker than normal and also has a different flavor. Almost blander. I'm upset because it's a very expensive brand and I feel like I didn't get what I paid for.

They should ship in the middle of next week. With the increased temperatures over the last few weeks, the product gets drier in transit, which causes the texture and taste change. We apologize that this most recent shipment you have ordered was not up to your (or our) normal standard. Our goal is to provide only the highest quality products and we hope that by replacing the unsatisfactory product, you will continue to shop with us.
